Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026. Version 1.1.

Dragon Casino collects very little personal data. You can use every page without an account, we set no cookies for visitors, and we run no analytics or advertising trackers. This policy explains the small amount we do handle, and your rights over it.

1. Who we are

The data controller for dragoncasino.uk is:

  • Dragon Sports Media Limited, company number 15866644, registered in England and Wales
  • Registered office: 2 Alexandra Gate, Fford Pengam, Cardiff, CF24 2SA, United Kingdom
  • ICO registration: ZA367891
  • Contact: [email protected]

We're part of the Lovells Group. DragonBet is a separate group business and a separate data controller. We don't share personal data with DragonBet. If you open a DragonBet account, their privacy policy covers that.

2. What we collect

2.1 When you visit

Like every website, our servers receive technical details with each request: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. Our hosting company and Cloudflare (which protects and speeds up the site) keep these in security logs. We use them to keep the site running and to stop abuse, and for nothing else.

2.2 When you use a tool

Our strategy charts and simulators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us.

2.3 When you email us

If you write to us, we keep your email address and what you send, so we can reply and follow up.

2.4 What we don't collect

  • No accounts, passwords or payment details: there's nothing to sign up to.
  • No analytics: we don't run Google Analytics or any similar tracker.
  • No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
  • Links to DragonBet are plain links: clicking one sends you to DragonBet, and only their policy applies from there.
