Accountability

Complaints

If you think we have fallen short of our standards, tell us and we will look into it.

This policy covers complaints about what we publish. Spotted a simple error in a figure or a rule? The corrections page is the quicker route.

How to complain

Email [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line, and include:

  • the address of the page,
  • the specific claim, figure or passage you're complaining about,
  • why you think it falls short of our editorial standards, and
  • any evidence that supports your complaint.

How we handle it

  • We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days.
  • We aim to give you a full answer within 28 days, and we'll tell you if it's going to take longer.
  • Depending on what we find, the outcome may be no change (with our reasons), an amendment, a logged correction or a published apology.

Complaints about your personal data

Write to [email protected] first. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Complaints about a casino

We don't run games or hold accounts, so we can't settle a dispute about a game, a payout or a bonus. Complain to the casino first. If that doesn't settle it, every casino licensed by the UK Gambling Commission must name an independent dispute resolution service in its terms.
